Workwear Capsule Wardrobe Part III : More Outfit ideas

 Hi everyone,

Welcome back. If you haven't already done it already, please click here and here to read part I and part II of my workwear capsule wardrobe and then come back to wrap up our series with me here. And no, we are not having the black blazer today. I am sure you can envision all the look with the black blazer yourself so It's time to have some fun now that we have reviewed the basic of being classy and work appropriate.

When I overhear conversations about workwear, I mostly hear people talk about all the fabulous clothes they can't wear to the office. But office-appropriate attire doesn't need to feel safe or boring, in my opinion. Workwear has changed drastically over the past decade, the modern working woman has proven to be an endless source of inspiration for fashion brands who constantly rethink old classics, resulting in a more varied offer of office-appropriate pieces to choose from.

I actually like dressing in a way that can reflect the importance of my professional role (sales and marketing director for an IT company) but still allows for my individuality and personality to shine through. The common theme is more around confidence, being smart and groomed and looking like I am showing up to achieve something great (which I usually do -lol).

So today, I am sharing a few ideas of how I play with my wardrobe to make it more fun and modern but still work appropriate with a hint of fall.

A few more ideas from previous posts or from my archives. Please note that you should take your work environment into account. If you are working for a financial/insurance institutions (or even a corporate sales environment) you may not be able to push too hard but remember in any case, a blazer is your best friend. Also, please excuse the poor quality of my archive's image.

From that section of my closet that I go to when in rush:
My Go to Dress. So versatile and classic.
worn to work with a gray pair of shoes and with that same eggplant color handbag
Worn to work with black pair of shoes and my red office appropriate handbag
Worn this once with a navy blazer and appropriate work shoes and handbags and then turned into this for a cocktail
So many ways to wear my white denim to work

The Suits
Can you tell I like a nice suit?

Inspired from my Try-on Sessions
@Champagne Boutique
@AttitudebyLory - but would wear more casually
I hope you enjoyed this capsule series. I like waking up in the morning to go to work because I love the dressing part of it. So, what is your go to work outfit? Also, would you like to see more work appropriate outfit idea on the blog. Comment below and let me know.

As usual, thanks for stopping by.
